Promenade Playhouse Refund and Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds on purchased tickets, rental bookings or donations, except as listed below.

 

EXCHANGE POLICIES FOR PURCHASED TICKETS

If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, please call 424.273.4562 at least 48 hours in advance of your showtime.

​

  • Guests may exchange into an alternate performance date within the same run of the production and are subject to availability, which may be limited. A processing fee may apply.

  • Guests may exchange tickets for equally-priced dates or seats; exchanging tickets for those at a higher price point requires that you pay the difference in ticket price. This is common for many Preview guests requesting exchanges out of Preview week and into the regular run.

  • There are no refunds or exchanges if a Guest misses their scheduled performance date.

  • In the event that the Promenade Playhouse is obliged to cancel a performance - for whatever reason, ticket holders may exchange their tickets for an upcoming performance of their choice; or may request a full refund, to be issued within 7 days of request.

  • ​Refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase.​

EXCHANGE POLICIES FOR RENTAL BOOKINGS

If you are unable to fulfill your scheduled booking, please call 424.273.4562 at least 48 hours in advance of your event.

  • Renters may exchange into an alternate booking date, which is subject to availability, and which may be limited. A processing fee may apply.

  • Renters may exchange their booking date(s) for equally-priced dates or spaces; exchanging booking dates for spaces that are at a higher price point requires that you pay the difference in price. 

  • There are no refunds or exchanges if a renter misses their scheduled booking date.

  • In the event that the Promenade Playhouse is obliged to cancel a booking - for whatever reason, renters may exchange their booking date(s) for an alternate date in the future, depending on availability; or may request a full refund, to be issued within 30 days of request.

  • Refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase.

FULFILLMENT / SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • Donations are credited immediately and are non-refundable

  • Tickets and rental bookings are fulfilled at our physical location on their prescribed dates.

  • We offer no products or services that require delivery or shipping
